NEWS & EVENTS

LEVELUP 4 is the latest St Willibrord International School (SWIS) hybrid learning programme developed during the COVID-19 time.
LEVELUP 4 enables teachers to stay in contact with students, delivering lessons and providing learning opportunities. Teachers now integrate in-school lessons for Stds 5 to 9 with online assignments. Pre-primary to Std 4 remain in the safety of their homes, participating in an interesting on-line curriculum. A number of different apps and websites have been integrated to provide interesting and effective learning.
Safety of the students on-line is at the forefront of this development.
I personally think that Level up 2 is better than its previous version. Every day
I get excited to see new assignments and try to complete them the same day itself! Thanks to all the teachers, you people are doing an incredible job. MK Std 8
Flat Stanley's Adventures
Flat Stanley has been a part of our school for the last few years. Std 2 study the Flat Stanley books in depth but the whole school gets involved as Flat Stanley travels the world. Students use email and photographic skills to send Flat Stanley all over the world. Communication, research, geography and ICT are some of the skills they learn.
Even during the COVID-19 pandemic Flat Stanley has managed to travel all over the world and send back information from all different countries. Have a look at the students' Padlet map. Click 'View More'....

MIDC Event
SWIS participated in a recent industrial exhibition held in MIDC, Boisar. Students expertly explained the examples of work on display, speaking with confidence and knowledge. Visitors commented on their confidence and obvious enjoyment of what they do.
ACER International Benchmark Tests
Every year students from Std 3-8 participate in the ACER IBT. This is an international set of tests which provides school with a benchmark level.
Students participate in English, Maths, Science and Thinking.
